    I did not mean to come off as not supporting this wrongly banned player. I'm totally rooting for him.

    Ill use aTh as an example. He woke up one morning to a ban, so he made a thread on the forums in bugs and problems. Where it should be. After a quick investigation by mods and SC, he got his answer.
    The OP has taken the complete wrong approach here, and swearing doesnt make it any better.

    Wow great job supercell

    Lets put the town hall 10 thing away apart but remember he had lv9 walls in that layout but when u check his actull base guess what lvl walls he got?

    He got his old noob walls NOT LVL9s.

    I as a leader know how hard it is to make a successful clan and he just had a perfect war clan which all damn leaders can wish for. Therefor THERE IS NO REASON WHY HE WOULD WANT TO SELL HIS ACOUNT. Just unband him ASAP a great player like him doesnt deserve that.

    now lets all put in our clan description. #UNBANDdontuan

    Not a valid excuse at all. You don't blame SC for not taking a second look at the picture? It's very hard to miss how inaccurate these pictures are. This is a multimillion dollar company. If they are that swamped in reports the answer is not to glance over and neglect their customers. The solution would be to put more time and resources into their customer service department.

    Okay there's many things we can do to help Don Tuan out

    Let's face it, if everyone who even replied to this thread contacted a mod and or Supercell support; someone would get to them.

    And then Supercell would be sick of hearing from us and would urban Don Tuan's account and make sure this would never happen again.

    Annoy a company so much and they will listen. Any number is better than 1.

    And let's face it; we got a good number on Don Tuan's side.

    Even if they deleted this thread with no answers or explanations, the thread would be recreated anyhow. Not until something is done. Its unfair and only makes them look bad. Not like its going to stop people from playing and spending money.. Just going to stop people from contacting support knowing nothing is going to be done. I'm sure that's what they want after all anyway.

    Exactly. All these problems would be solved with a little extra manpower. I doubt adding like five to eight people would cause them to go bankrupt. Maybe even have one of the customer service reps have a forum account to discuss stuff like this.
