I wouldn't really blame SC for banning a player without looking deeper into the details. There are thousands upon thousands reports being handed to the staff. It'll take quite a lot of time if SC's staff really did dig into the evidence/details of each report. And even if they did, we'll instead here complaints such as "My report hasn't had any feedback for a week, bah, SC has a slow unreliable customer service!", etc, etc.

Still, sorry for your leader getting banned. I hope a forum mod will hand in this to a SC staff member or anyone in charge.

Threads been going for 19 hours and no response from staff or mod. Waiting for mod to tell us that supercell works in the shadows and close the thread. Meanwhile the player base tears each other apart.

They sure as heck do need evidence and they do check, just because you don't know what terrible message that may have gone up by a Coleader doesn't mean it didn't happen. I'll admit, I don't check my Clan description too often, but we should be if you are a good leader of your clan.



While I was able to determine it was a fake because I was looking for it, anyone not looking for forgery isn't going to catch that. They saw an account being sold and they acted on it.

Supercell.net would tread highly in all search engines, so having this information posted to this official forum would ensure the highest level of exposure. That's why discussing h@cks, et all, is not allowed...





They did their job to the best of their ability. They receive thousands if not more message regularly, they don't have the time to sit there and analyze every pixel of an image. I wouldn't have noticed the difference in TH had I not been told to look for it.



They look, but they aren't performing forensic investigations here... they have hundreds of things to do throughout the day, lingering and analyzing one image in great detail would severely hinder their support operation...

Yes, most of us know it's against the rules, and why, realising the implications.

But OP seems to be catching more abuse here than the deeply flawed system.

I wonder how calm, aloof, and occasionally caustic many of us would be, if woke up to a permanent in-game ban.

I for one, would rage like there's no tommorow. I would probably break my iPad by throwing it at a wall, and I will probably break my fist by punching something.

To the OP: I support you. I love Supercell with a passion, but they have messed up here. If they don't do anything, imagine how bad it could make their company look. They need to fix this, ASAP.
