Pretty scary to think about this happening to someone. People put a lot of time into this game and some put a whole lot of money into it. To think someone can come post a couple screenshots and claim you are selling your account and you blindly get banned is outrageous.
This is not the way to treat a paying customer for sure and there should be a conversation going on between supercell and the banned player. Silence is wrong.
Amen mlb2005. We appreciate everyone's support. We have used the proper channels and got nowhere. This stalker, and all like her, need to be stopped in their tracks. i am dumbfounded about those that think we haven't done our due diligence in messaging mods and supercell and the GD president. we have and we did and we will continue to do so. they gave us canned responses and no help. so we will continue to push this thread and others around the interwebs.

Okay, Supercell banned someone that didn't do anything wrong.
But, I assume Supercell has a lot of traffic an maybe someone got overwhelmed, was tired, or plain didn't care.
This can't represent the entire Supercell.. Although, one mistake can make the whole company look bad as we see here.
I have actually pm'd Daddy regarding this (It was more typing than I care to admit.)
As this should of been a step to pm a staff/mod regarding this.
Not to say, that I don't support this thread as I majorly due as it shows any report system in a game can have faults.
And yes most of Supercell's in game support is automated but that is most likely because of high traffic. There are a lot of Clash players.
Also it is obvious the person claiming to sell someone's account is a fake and clearly can't photoshop or make things make sense. They can't even get the detail right. Th9 with th10 base editor stuff and max defenses as a town hall 9 unless they mean for a th9 account max defenses as a th9.
I truly do hope he gets unbanned because it is sick that someone would go this far to get someone banned.
However, I feel this should of been the last step because others have mentioned, this shows people how to troll others if they get lucky and get that one bad apple that will ban with disregard to details. (I assume this to be very rare.)
Support the thread but still feel it should've been the very last step if that makes sense.

Oh I know the answer. The customer service banning people without looking at proofs is to blame. Nothing else.
I keep reading that this will start a trend... If this case really starts a trend then supercell is not really doing a good job in their support department. It doesn't take a forensic analyst to determine that this picture is fake. Its not a simple task to photoshop a image with accuracy. Assuming its not a active clan member trap locations alone would be enough to deter solid evidence. Every single player here has spent time or money to get to where they are. If supercell is allowing something like this to happen is neglectful to the players that spend time and money on their game. This may be a isolated incident but regardless of forum exposure or not its obvious if it works once it can happen again. I really do hope trolls get their hands on this and start following this trend because maybe then supercell will finally open their eyes and dedicate just a little bit more time on their customer support.
It should not be this easy to frame a player end of story.
