This has been posted before many times. Search for it and you will get a lot of details. But this is an old clan from a time at which clans were able to make multiple leaders

Once upon a time in a clearing in a magical forest there was a funny bug that allowed clans to have more than one Leader. This bug was promptly fixed but those clans who got more than one Leader still get to keep all of them until the moment when those extra folks decide to leave the clan.
This "Boquerones" clan is often reported by players who are absolutely convinced there's a h@ck involved but there's no foul play going on, old glitch only
To upload a pic to a forum first go to imgur.com, then click upload in the top left, then you can find the pic on your computer or drag and drop it in, then press upload, then just copy the link that says like forum BBcode.
