Man he is not even active. Kick all the way he will quit anyway. Or let him start a new account better for him and for the clan. Don't accept people with such bases at the first place

No need to think about it just kick and keep your clan upto a certain standard. Don't let rushers in unless at very low townhall levels as they can recover easily. In this case he won't benefit the clan with anything just a +1 in members

Never would have made into my clan to begin with. Unless you like losing wars give him the boot.
