We accept any level townhall, as long as the troops are levelled up and you can 3 star your equivalent.
People that worry they clash too much and like to jump on and have a chat are ideal
Donation ratio is not an issue, as long as everyone contributes where they can, we donate max troops only for war. Elder is earned through performance and contribution
