Was hoping this thread would help those in war to identify what stages and what "division" they are in. Ever wondered your base is getting hogged? Is your Town Hall in the direct center and your clan castle push out? Or is the base still has mortars on the inside of the core? This is intended to show the progression and as well as "development" which could be individual, or could be clan wide. Maybe the reason why your clan is getting 3 starred by other clan's normal hog attack is because your bases are at Division A. Or the fact that you can't 3 star any of the enemy bases because none of you guys can lure anything out. They might be in a higher stage/ division and goal compared to you guys. This is my self made Legend for those that want to see a progress and improve.

It's an absolute pleasure to read all your articles, thanks for all your insight!
Unfortunately I am still not at full warring capability and can't yet 3 star TH9s with my current lvl troops but once I get the warring troops to do so, I will definitely reread all your articles. Never hurts to prepare early also

Yup, glad to hear someone enjoys it ^^. You probably won't get it as much since it's really 'deep', but I try to make more understandable with the images and text. Good luck upgrading your troops!

Good article, i enjoy reading it

I created this base a while ago, cc lureable with hogs, but never test it on clan war

And this is my current war base, copied from my opponent and modified a bit, cc lure only can be done on the right side with hog or ballon targeting one those 2 arc tower on 3 a clock

So my question is, what division and what stage is it? can you give me some suggestion to tweak ?

To be honest, when it comes to TH10, they completely follow a new set of guidelines due to the fact that infernos and extra defenses/xbow coverage, and highly more upgraded defenses make super difficult to attack to begin with, you don't see much surgical hogs, or 2 for 1 loon exchanges. I can't really comment on TH10 bases because I haven't experienced that world for myself and all things that applies to TH9 might not apply to TH10 (almost like how after becoming TH9, you no longer have to worry about being 3 starred by Dragons since it's a TH8 tactic).

I am no expert in TH10 bases, so I'm not going to give my opinion on it, since even symmetrical TH10 bases can still function decently, but a TH9 symmetrical base will get eaten alive. Sorry for not giving a good response and thanks for reading.

It's okay, my fault don't read the title that has clearly say TH 9 war base. Then i'll wait and expecting you when arrive at TH 10 and make a TH 10's one

I read this thread... and unfortunately found myself at division A . I think that the typical bases at division A actually work better against non-hardcore war clans.
