I am writing to assist a fellow neighborhoodian
The latest update of Hay Day on her android tablet is not working.
She cannot access her farm, she is directed back to google play, which states her update is installed. She then goes to Hay Day and it says, if she wants to update to return back to google play, which says the update is installed...hence the vicious circle.
Please advise what can be done to correct this? She is having Hay Day withdrawl

Update: she took the Hay Day app off and restarted her tablet. She went back into google play to re-download Hay Day, and it gave a choice to update. Which she took, and now it's running, trying to load, but not giving a time frame. This has been occurring for 15 minutes.
