    Defence bonus

    Hi there, I'm almost max TH10 and am currently sitting around masters league to farm walls..... (yawn)
    Mostly while I am farming I keep my town hall on the outside because I'm not interested in trophies for the moment. But when I do on the odd occasion push trophies, I keep my TH on the inside. (which gets very costly.)

    Seems to me that by moving up and up in leagues and trophies that there is a lot more emphasis on defending, which has a massive effect on your resources. Now lets say In masters I have my storage's pretty full whilst pushing and someone is lucky enough to get all my loot. That's like 400 000 gold 400 000 elixir and 5 000 dark elixir for arguments sake. I also have to re-arm all my traps after a defense which adds to the cost. So each time I get raided I have the potential to be down lets say 450 000 of both elixir and gold and over 5 000 dark elixir.

    If I lose the defense, I get awarded a shield to keep me from being raided again for 12 hours. And the collectors go part way to recouping at least some of the lost funds. But, as the emphasis is not to lose and actually defend I find myself being raided 5 or 6 times before being awarded a shield. Which as you can imagine costs A LOT.
    If that player defeats my base, he gets awarded a bonus for defeating it (for the win) Why then does the defending player not recieve a small bonus for the defense win? (emphasis on the win)

    You do get trophies for defending your base, its not like you don't get anything but yes some bonus loot is always welcome.
