There is no stopping you from having the same name as another village. I am unsure how this search would be possible.

I need this feature for invited my friend or someone to join my clan
So don.t to be decreas the trophy of clan. Or change clan description ( anyone can join. Invite only. Close)
1. This idea is already ruled out.
2. You don't need to search your friend to add them to your clan. Simply have your friend search your clan from their device and request to join. You may have to set your clan to invite only temporarily if it's set to closed, but other than that it's very easy to do. Using advanced search tools helps tremendously for them to find your clan with ease.
Rules are rules, and it's ruled out, focus on getting hero upgradingable to be used in wars
