I am the leader of an adult, back-to-back war clan (lvl 4). We have 27 members right now, nearly all TH7-9. Our war record the era of clan ranks is 22-4-2, but we have existed for a little less than half a year now and have 52 wins total. We're looking to have somewhere between 30-35 members at the moment so that we can war with 20-25 consistently.
We are fairly organized in the wars and use our own version of a callout system, based on the principle of getting 3 stars. Anyone can opt out of wars at any point, but those who do war are required to participate, and must be able to get 2-3 stars consistently on enemies within 5 slots of them in the wars (and preferably at least their equals).
We would love to have anyone as long as they are willing to stick with us long-term and fit those requirements. If you are a lower TH, don't be intimidated--we're happy to help you grow and learn the game! But as a heads up to any TH9s especially: the higher TH someone is, the more capable they need to be in the wars, since they will make our matchmaking more difficult.
Finally, we don't have donation requirements, although steady donations for a season or two (with around a 1:1 ratio) and good warring will get you elder, which in our clan gives you priority for being included in the wars in addition to the basic benefits.
