1. They're bringing back elixir for level 7 and 8 walls.
2. Zapping will no longer steal resources.
3. There will be a new building that allows you to exchange resources.
4. New gem drill (level 12 produces 3500 gems/hr)
5. All 196 flags will be added for every country.

How many gem drills for each lvl? I think lvl 10 should get 5 or more1. They're bringing back elixir for level 7 and 8 walls.
