Are you sick and tired of giving thousands of elixir and dark elixir on troops and after an easy battle, where many of them survived, turn into bubbles of elixir and dark elixir?

Also, no, it isn't ruled out. It is something they may or may not be considering implementing. However, unless you are willing to get into a text heavy debate as to why surviving troops should come back, I'd highly recommend dropping the issue.
Besides, many argument threads have been made before on this. Please give those a read, and if you still feel brave enough, AND can add something significantly new, then you could bring it back up again for debate. Until then, this will likely miff regulars here on seeing an old topic get talked about the same old things, all over again.

thanks I was going to try and do something with troops at the fade and die bit, but it didn't seem to fit somehow so I just let the creativity flow a bit more freely.
