Need advice for a soon to be Town Hall 9 here

So my town hall will finish in a little over 2 days. I am looking for some advice towards what to get and what to upgrade first. I have 3 million on gold and elixir planning to get the max 6 million and as of right now i have 50k dark elixir for the queen.

Idea #1 was to get the walls level them up all at least to 6 (pink) then use the over 3 million for one x-bow

Idea #2 to just get both x-bows right away leave walls and other defensive structures for later.

I am only on COC for maybe 3 hours a day combined, do to my somewhat busy schedule (how busy can it be if i can still play) only really have time to raid on weekends... Need suggestion

Lab, Queen, and your left over builders for walls and new defenses.

Get the Queen

Upgrade the spell factory

Upgrade the lab

Upgrade the 4 army camps

Prioritize your list as you like.

Cancel that th upgrade and start over....

First, max storages
Second, upgrade th
Third, max gold storages once more,
Fourth, participate in war and DO NOT COLLECT WAR BONUS
Fifth, DO NOT COLLECT COLLECTORS
Sixth, get queen
Seventh, get 1 xbow, use the other 3 mil on other defenses. Collect war bonus and collectors.
Eighth, use the remainder gold for cc upgrade. larger cc means more troops for raiding AND defending.
Ninth, upgrade lab and spell factory
Tenth, BARCH, and only barch, in gold 1-3 league for loot.
Eleventh, get that second xbow and upgrade all camps. more camps means more space for raiding

the rest is your personal preference.

Make sure you upgrade your buildings and troops, that really helps at a new Town hall level.
