allow leaders to see who has donated to clan castles on war map

Now that leaders have the ability to choose who participates in each war, it would be nice if they could see who is regularly helping to fill clan castles on the war map. Begging clan members to fill castles is getting frustrating. It would be nice to know who is (and isn't) donating for future war inclusions (and exclusions).

Yes, I'm sick of having to tell my clannies to dump their clan castle when some noob gives them level 2 giants.

I'd rather stay in my present clan, but kick out the useless non-donate

I see your point, Snivell. But, I really like most of the ppl in my clan. Really, just want to know who should be booted for not doing their part regularly. Most likely new recruits, but it would still be nice to know.

    Yes, but leader only.

A new member making poor donation decisions needs a quiet word.

Problem is with no PM system in the game a quiet word is hard to deliver so we only have loud actions like booting.

Agree this is 100% required to help manage a clan better.

Private Messaging from Leader might be good, but quiet doesn't mean private. In fact, something said from the leader, quietly (no shouting, swearing, accusations, threats) publicly tends to be very effective. The leader's tone has a big effect.

This only works if the leader has the information. If the leader doesn't know who is doing the poor donations, and has to ask or threaten, this is not effective leadership. Leadership requires information.
