Sounds cool but I think it should be season not daily every 2 weeks like donations attacks and defenses
How about a stat screen that can be brought up via a button on the Town Hall, with activity logs?
I mean it's kind of a useless building anyway, right? Just sits there and dictates how much you can build, and is a target for raiders. Best thing it does for players is to just get shot and give a shield.
