donating cc troops in clan wars tab(cw raids)

I think it would be great if your clan castle in attacks in clan wars are donatable in clan wars tab. So people could ask what they want for their 1st and 2nd raid and your clan members can donate that, so you don't have to wait till someone finally donates. It could tackle some problems: low level clans wont have maxed cc troops in a th6-7-8 only war. Also in high lvl clans people dont get left behind with golems or hounds when after the 45m cooking time it already has been donated.

that would be a solution but i dont think it is likely to happen becuase of implementation problems. I only counter this problem in cw though so my focus is to solve it there.
