I think your main issue with this might be if you randomly pick people for groups...you're going to get people who don't fit that role. Some are meant to lead, some are meant to farm, some are meant to war. Those who don't fit make you weaker, why focus on making everyone decent at everything rather than STRONG at a few things? Good luck, just my thoughts.

I ask because say you have a job that you're REALLY good at. And this job is your dream job and it's all you were Focused on.
And say there is another gentle man who has the same job as you but isn't as good as you, but he involves himself in other positions at your job.
Now Let's say You Peak. You're the top dog and there is no one that can touch you at your position, but the Company(Clan) goes under.

You are looking to be recruited. Do you think I am going to want the top guy who knows how to Farm or the guy who is well rounded in all aspects of the game?
That player becomes much more desirable because he can be placed in an area of the Clan that isn't so rounded, without having to start him from day one. (And I bet he'd be less objective about it).
OK, now let's say the Clan didn't go under and you're the top dog still.
Do you think you're going to continue to have that same passion for that position as time goes on?
You may have the best job in the world but everyone gets burnt out over time.
COC is also An endless game. It's always expanding and growing so if you allow yourself to peak in one aspect of the game, you're going to get left behind like a Rushed TH10.
As far as 'The Unity Project' System; it allows players to continuously Grow without holding them down.
It gives players the chance to Shine when they need to, and the chance for them to learn at what they're not so good at.
The Season are only two weeks long so players are not trapped in a Group for very long.
It also allows players to branch out and open their minds to the whole process of the game.
It keeps players from burning out on the same thing and helps the player discover their full potential.
Some players are not meant to Lead, War, Farm ect. But that's why this System is so safe.
It has a poll System to allow the WHOLE CLAN to decide if they agree with the Sman or Swoman about the direction of the Clan.
Lastly, you never know what somebody is capable of until you put them in a position that they're not familiar with.
If the Group makes them uncomfortable, makes them have to think, or makes them feel like they can't do it then that's good!
We all have weaknesses. If we address slowly eventually we'll become acclimated and begin to feel more comfortable.
And things aren't fun if they come easy...You should wanna challenge yourself!
