imo it's pretty useless when you're higher TH.
Because it's too MUCH for 1 war, but it's too LITTLE for 2 wars.
So, at the end, you still have to collect your loot after each war.
Make no different at Higher TH.
might help for lower one if they can get 50% much higher townhall.
