clan perk: extra capacity for clanwar loot

hi guys, i was just wondering about that clan perk you get (for example lv4 u get 20% extra capacity for clanwar loot) ...whats the sense behind that? o_O i have a storage of 2,2m each and when we win a war and i win my fights against the best th10's (maxed out), i get about 1,3m each or sth like that... (im maxed out as well) so i rly dont need that extra capacity...is it just for low level player or ppl whose clancastle is on a low level? i dont get it...never heard of somebody who got more loot than capacity in clancastle :S and also no reason to leave the loot in the clancastle...or?

    thanks

Yes it is for lower lvled cc. I have maxed out my loot before in war so will benefit them. Also, with some perks letting you make more loot will need room for it.

Lets you carry the loot of more than one war. I found it quite helpful since I could upgrade a 6.4mil cannon and still had 4mil to do a wall. Its effectively extra storage space and since th10s usually wait longer in between builders it is quite convenient if used properly.

There is another perk for increased war loot, maybe they are worried it won't fit if they don't increase storage too. Also maxed out players who have nothing to spend it on can store more for when updates make them need it

I like to leave my war loot in my CC as long as I can, one more place looters have to go to get it, also gives me a reserver since many of the th10 upgrades are close to 8mil and clear out my main storages.

I agree it's nice and central - also only 5% of cc loot can be stolen so it's pretty safe in there

You'll get more space to store excessive loot when your storage is full, which would help a lot when you upgrade your TH and fill every resource holding thing with resources.

Actually if you have more loot than the max a player can raid from your stores (more than 4 mil at th 10), keeping it in the cc increases the amount they can take so unless your stores are full, collect!

Does anyone know what happens if your cc is full on loot, and you leave a clan? Do you just lose it because once you are clanless you lose the perk?

I'd bet it just goes back to what the capacity was before the perk, not like it's a lot your loosing anyway.
Well I don't need a signature, but I guess this will do.
