    Troop Evolution?

    At laboratory level 8, the "evolve" option would be available. What does evolving a troop do? Well, it would lose some of its statistics it currently has, but still be stronger than its default statistics. It would then show up as a level 1* troop. Perhaps evolving a troop could unlock an ability it can automatically use or be manually triggered. I did not think too big of this idea, but it would be amazing. Because who really wants to be done leveling up their troops? When a troop is completely leveled up, it can be evolved to a 1*. Then, it gets leveled up again like normal. If you guys have any ideas for a good "extra ability" to an evolved troop, reply below!

    Some Ideas I Have:
    Evolved Barbarian = Dual Swordsmanship: A barbarian will wield two swords instead of the usual one, which will increase DPS.
    Evolved Archer = Triple Bolt: An archer will fire three arrows instead of the usual one, inflicting damage onto 1-3 targets. All targets must be in range, however. DPS will increase.
    Evolved Giants = IQ Boost: Those pesky mortars are no match for something bigger than them. So these giants can get smarter and get a 5% chance of throwing the mortar back. This percentage increases by 1% each level, topping off at 10%.
    Evolved Goblin = ???
    Evolved Balloon = Reinforced Balloon: No one wants to be shot down easily! This balloon may move slower, but it is much harder to be shot down with a thicker rubber material. Hitpoints will be increased.
    Evolved Wall Breaker = Plant and Flee: Wall Breakers now can fight and NOT be suicidal! When evolved, a wall breaker will plant their explosive, whatever it is, and flee before the explosion. They can then, after the wall had been broken into, run into the battle and fight with what little they have! No statistics will be modified.
    Evolved Wizard = Stun: When a wizard inflicts damage on a defensive building, it has a 5% chance to render the building stunned for a short period of time, and the percentage will increase by 1% each time it is leveled up, topping at 10%. No statistics will be modified.
    Evolved Healer = Guardian Angel: A healer will have a 2% chance to give any affected troops a second of immunity. The percentage will be increased by 1% each time it levels up, topping at 5%. No statistics will be modified.
    Evolved Dragon = ???
    Evolved PEKKA = Titanium Armor: The armor of the PEKKA will be much stronger and can withstand more inflictions. Hitpoints will be increased.
    Evolved Minion = ???
    Evolved Hog Rider = ???
    Evolved Valkyrie = ???
    Evolved Golem = Golemite Spawning: Similar to the Lavahound's ability, the Golem, upon death, will spawn 2 Golemites per level of the Golem. These Golemites will have statistics 10% of the Golem they spawned from. No statistics will be modified.
    Evolved Witch = ???
    Evolved Lavahound = ???

    Great idea, but sad to say, supercell seems too lazy for such a big update. However, you have a supporter.

    Evo wiz and Evo Healer would be dominating. Perma stuns and having invurnability for a pretty long time is broken.

    For the Evolved Wizard, the effect sounds very cool and would be a harmful alternative to stopping defenses like IT, but it's attack speed would have to be reduced so it cannot lock a defense in a stun and never be harmed.

    For the Evolved Healer, it would need to be able to use this ability faster, but instead of happening every 15 seconds, each heal has a chance to cause invincibility, and upon an invincible heal, a 15 second cooldown will occur before the healer is able to have a chance at invincible healing.

    For the Evolved Giant, I believe that it would be wise to give it something to greatly boost DPS, since it's DPS isn't very good, and would allow the Giant Healer strategy to become much more viable.

    I think this thread has a lot of potential, but I highly doubt it would be an update that would ever fit game balance. Regardless, it's still a cool thread. Props to you.

    Big Update?

    True, this is a big update. However, Supercell has done some bigger updates before. All it would require is either a different kind of Laboratory or a new building. I suppose this would be somewhat easier to implement.

    Evolved Giant: Titanic Growth: Being renamed the Titan after its evolution, the Giant is slightly larger in size and its DPS will be increased, while its speed will be slightly reduced due to the larger size.

    How does that work for increasing its DPS?
