Would have spent a decent amount. Not as much as others and I don't see the point of this thread really. Looks like a pretty efficient donating account for someone who probably already has a fully maxed gemmed base.Originally Posted by cooldude94

The gg is really not a good guide as it only came in a year or so ago and the counters started at zero from then, he may have farmed up and then just socialising and donating

Some bases intentionally do that.
They don't really upgrade the defenses too much, but their army is completely maxed out. So yeah, I think it would be at least a bit gemmed.
Especially for clan wars, I don't get why, but they do this so that they get placed lower in the clan war while being able to attack incredibly high up. It's a definite (most likely) 3 star from other people, but losing 3 stars while gaining 4+ stars is (for some people/clans) worth the risk.
That's why it's rare to see one of those bases - if everyone is like that, it's basically a definite loss for the clan. You only see one rarely, and if you do, there's 1, MAYBE 2 MAX in the clan. It's a fine line between gaining and losing. The risks are pretty high, also.
Edit: However, since the troops in the army camps look pretty random, yeah, I think it might be a donation village for the clan.
