I fully maxed th8, walls, king, troops and are now th9, i cannot explain how much have my walls and troops have set me ahead for th9. although i was lvl 98 when i finished, it was all worth it + its great having the satisfaction that you maxed your town hall level. my advice, do everything, makes the game a whole lot easier in the long run.

If you didn't have pink walls I'd say start advancing, but the lower walls are a slight concern as well as your BE being level 5. I'm TH8 right now and previously had a maxed th8 before I lost the village. I plan to advance earlier this time once I can no longer spend elixir so I'm not wasting time. That's just me though.

I would strongly recommend that you get your Barb king upgraded to 10, and at least half or 75% or your walls to lvl 8. Maybe the dark troops as well. Other than that if you feel your ready then go right ahead! Th9 is a blast.
