Assuming your troops are maxed, use DragLoon - dragons and maxed balloons in your clan castle. Drop your main force on the bottom right and use your clan castle and a rage spell to quickly reach the first air defense.

It's only a mid-level TH8...you should have no trouble using gowiva for three stars. I'd use the standard composition of 2 golems, 12 wizards, 6 wallbreakers, 10 Valkyries, 2 healing, 1 rage. Check out the TH8 Gowiva! Guide. It's similar to GOWIPE but if you heal them judiciously and bring another Valk + wizards in the cc as an additional cleanup crew, they will decimate that base.

This is a simple dragloon, 10
drags, maxed cc loons, bottom right, i would use 2 rage 1 heal as its a spread out base and the speed would help
