New TH9 - How do I 3 star these bases!?

Hi All,

I recently upgraded myself to a TH9. My profile pic is below. Lv 6 balloons, 3 dragons, 3 pekka, 2 golum, 4 minion, 1 lavahound, 4 hogs, and the rest is all in the profile pic below.



I want to 3 star the following bases:





I know lavaloons is a big strategy, gowipe obviousy, and I've had a lot of success using hogs with 4 heal spells. Let me know your thoughts.

First one is alittle tough for you to 3 star.

I recommended CB lavaloon. Golem the Right side AD + WB +(funnel with 4 wiz) and heroes it to kill the enemy queen + that right side AD.

Afterwards just lavaloon counterclockwise from the bottom AD, and go up the left side of the base with rages. drop 1/3 your loons at the bottom and rage. Then 1/3 your loons at the sides (targetted) and rage, and drop the last lava and 1/3 your loons and ragae when appropriate. It'll be tough with that Lv1 Lava of yours, so ask if you can get a Lv3 Lava in your CC.


For the second one is called Baconmaker.



Do almost EXACTLY what this video does, but rotate the base by 90 degrees right.

The 1st base can be done with a CB Sectional Hog, with CB squad from queenside.

2nd base could easily be done with a HoLoWiWi.

I doubt you'll three star that first one, GoWipe or GoWiWi will be your best bet, but those won't get you three on that base with your troop and hero levels. The second one if you drop 4 hogs on each of those exposed air defs then you might be able to pull 4 stars with lavaloonian, going to be a close one though since those last two air defs are pretty buried.

So what's CB? very new th9

CB means 'Cold Blooded', which means 1 golem (usually L5 CC golem), 2-4 wiz, 2-3 wb and royals are used to kill the AQ, since she is seen as one of the biggest threats in hog and loon attacks. Often, a jump and/or lightning is used in conjunction (jump for centred queen, lightning for CC troops) with the killsquad. Another word you'll hear thrown around when talking about war is 'Shattered', which simply means 2 golems are used.

Ah gotcha thanks Alan, appreciated. I've heard Shattered before, not CB, used that a few times before myself just didn't know the name for it.
