He isn't going to pay attention to an individual request such as this, and there are plenty of bases in the [Base Design 101] section. Search for it yourself, you aren't that special enough for Steve to dedicate a whole base building for a Town Hall 7 base just for you. Welcome to the forums, and request such as this will get you whipped/flamed by other forumers, since Steve has other important issues/topics that supercell has to deal with, not just tend to your random needs. Check out that section and use the search function

Sorry, I did say welcome to the forum :P. There would be even more worse people with even worse comments than us when it comes to topics like these, at least we provide a small comic relief, in no way am I trying to be rude ^^. Good luck looking in the [Base Design 101] section, there are plenty of TH7 Farming bases (included in some sticked of all the good ones made by other members), so check that out.
