The reason I am writing here is because I just can't get GoLaLoon working. I am familiar with all other strategies, but when attacking top bases in clan war with gowiwipe or lavaloonion, 2 stars seems like the maximum and I've managed to 3-star top bases only with huge amounts of luck. While watching the videos here and in youtube, GoLaLoon seems like the only consistent 3-star strategy against top bases. However, all my attempts seem to end in 1-starring and great disappointment
So I have a few questions, if some expert would like to share their knowledge
What makes a base a good GoLaLoon 3-star target? Is it possible to 3-star any base using it?
When should I use 2 golems and 3 Lavas, and when 1 and 4 are a better composition?
Spells. When are lighting and jump viable? Balloons are so magnificent when you rage them, so I'm thinking how many spells can I waste.
Heroes. Most youtube videos of 3-star attacks have lvl40 heroes. Mine are currently 28BK and 36AQ. Do you think I should wait for better heroes, or ar they good enough?

in my experience most of it is just looking at the base and planning out your attack in your head. if the aq is deeper and there is weird compartmentalization you may want a jump spell instead of say some wb's. if theres a lot of point defenses you may want 2 golems, but if you do you really wanna get an inferno tower
as far as heroes go yours are very fine. i just 3 starred with golaloon my heroes are 26/30. i actually took a video of it from my iphone if you wanna see, heres the link: https://vid.me/SBcZ (its shaky bc i was holing phone but hopefully you can see what i did).
as for spells, id def try to not use a jump if you can but at the same time dont sacrifice it if you do need it. with lightning i would also say always bring one unless someone else already attacked the base and you know theres like a hound in it or something and dont need it, or if you are damn certain your heroes alone can kill off their cc as well. hopefully this helps at least a little, i am no expert but my 2 cents are what i can offer

So pretty much what I should do is figure out how to get rid of the queen,cc, 1-2 air defences and possibly an inferno tower, and then send in the hounds as described in the videos. In some of my attempts I have been succesful in killing the queen,cc and two air defences, but have sent the hounds and balloons directly to the two remaining air defences and thus ended in two many scattered out defences through out the base.
I actually tried to 3-star that dragonflower base mentioned in the last video. It ended in completely failure, since I hadn't brought in a lighting and the cc messed up everything
Can't wait for the next clan war to try GoLaLoon, upgraded with these tips
