How many of you have reached the point when you have everything built up and working on walls and heroes? I am TH9 got all my walls black skulls, grinding on legos and working king and queen when I get the DE for it. Kinda depressing seeing them doing nothing.
Now I am on the fence whether or not to go to TH10. King is 13, queen is 10.

i do my walls between upgrades 50 legos and 85 lavas alrdy. defense isnt even at th8 level. dont think i going to get your problem
First and foremost, if you are having fun grinding, stay the course. Heroes to 50 combined is my target before upgrading to th10.
Lavas really help in war, too.

Just upgrade and get those builders (and lab) back to work. My builders haven't had a vacation since the Nixon administration!
De on th10 is abundant but other resources are not, resources on th9 is abundant but de not so-so. If you are planning on grinding those walls at th10, I'll say you'll have a hard time rather than grinding it currently on th9.
I've already grind half of my legos and a 5 lava and I'm just 1.5 week of being in th9 so I suggest grind them now or never.
I don't really mind my builders sleeping

Given that your builders are sitting doing nothing, I suggest you finish lego walls and then upgrade. Heroes are a lot easier to farm at th10 Dark elixir comes in quickly. The only thing with waiting to do heroes is they will be out of use for a long time should you choose to max them to level 40. If you don't mind the heroes though finish level 9 walls and upgrade.

walls are not worth the wait in my opinion. All high level attacks use level 6 wb (which are much stronger than level 5) and jump spells or air attacks. Level 9 walls are good enough as they take 3 level 5 wb which will help some against th9's (however they have jump spells too though most th9's don't seem to use them).
the thing that makes a huge difference is Heros. Higher level Heros will make farming and war MUCH easier. There is so much to upgrade at th10 you will be hard pressed to get free builders to upgrade your Heros until many of your defences are done.
The other thing to remember about th10 is that you will not lose as much as a th9. So even though you may not bring as much in, your losses will be much less and your net profit will improve.
If you are happy grinding keep grinding, if not don't listen to the people who tell you there is no loot at th10. (The one exception being if you can only raid collectors,mother stay th9, th20 takes much more skill as collector raids are extremely rare)
