Your second attack save to gain stars that others have missed. Do not rush into your second attack. Request for troops before going into war. We have done it this way and it works. And it gives everyone a chance. A lot of our clan members don't follow it. We need players who will follow the rules and be loyal. No asking to be promoted that is up to us to decide that.
