I don't know guys but it must be dificult to change the code to a 2 package client-server system.

Any game ive ever played where they attempted to knock out automated programs that either Attack for you or collect something, whatever it may be, has done so by making it more of an inconvenience for REAL players. And the fact of the matter is, they would "break the bots" as it was famously called a lot for about a week, two, three...heck maybe a whole month until the people who's livelyhood of selling said programs is threatened enough and they take the 24 hours they need to re-work their program. Now, what does this mean? It means those programs go back to working and whatever ANNOYING little feature they put in so that the game knows you're a person stays and hassles the real player. Not saying it's hopeless, but in the end the real people lose...the terminators win. Stopping them is NOT the problem, they can do something EVERY SINGLE DAY to stop the automated users. The problem is keeping them stopped and not inconveniencing the regular player.
something remarkable indeed!
I'm not a programmer, but it seems like there are simple solutions to "ghosting", "sandboxing", and "spying", all of which affect all players in Clan Wars, which is the only truly interactive part of this game:
1) "Ghosting" / "Sandboxing" - Create an additional step between "Scout" and "Attack". Currently, when you click "Attack" in a war, you have 30 seconds to click "End Battle" where the game lets you back out. The fix would be to create an intermediate step. While "Scouting", click "Attack", then have some confirmation step. At that point, the client-server could communicate and transmit all the "secret" information to the client (CC, traps, Teslas). Also, at that point, the attack is considered to have happened. If the player disconnects then the attack proceeds as normal in a disconnect: all units currently on the field do their thing until they die and the time runs out. You could keep the 30 second countdown. The only difference is that once you get to the screen where the 30 second countdown is going, you cannot back out.
2) Spying - This one is even easier. Just make it so people not in the wars can only "Scout" a base. In other words, anyone not in a war can only view the base in the same manner as someone on the other team. That prevents people from joining after the war has started and seeing your traps, Teslas, and CC.
Both of these seem simple enough to fix all the interactive problems with the game.
The issue of bots auto-farming is a different story. But, to be honest, I could care less about that part because it doesn't affect me. Why do I care if there are max people out there that have used a program to loot? ♥♥♥♥♥ing in Clan Wars directly affects me.

I have tried twice now to post a simple solution to the Clan Wars issues, but I get a message saying "your post needs to be approved by a moderator". What's up with that!?
