After sending a message to Supercell to voice my concern over 3rd party software users they responded with this:
"It makes us very happy to hear you are enjoying the game. We will continue working on improving it with new features and content to make it even more fun. Do no hesitate to let us know if you have ideas or comments. Further, I would like to inform you that good sportsmanship is a hallmark of Clash of Clans, and we get just as angered and annoyed as you by players who try to bend the rules of the game. However, please remember that no player can use any tools to change the rules of Clash, as these are protected by our extremely secure game servers. There are no '♥♥♥♥s' that will let players get free gems, gold, elixir or trophies, or let them attack with impossibly high troop number or levels.
Still, we're working hard on blocking attempts to exploit the game altogether. We're working on a permanent and automatic solution, but this will take a little more research and legwork. Please keep us informed of any unfair practices where you find them, and we'll be sure to look into them.

It is extremely encouraging to me to hear them say they are indeed working on a solution to this. Thank you so much for your positive response and dedication to keeping this game clean. It gives me and hopefully a lot of others enough hope to continue clashing through these growing pains.
