R W C is an experienced, level 2 (almost level 3!) war clan that currently counts about 15 people as members and is rebuilding into a juggernaut. We used to be Red Wagon Chaos and went 44-4-2 in our first 50 wars before deciding to split up to see what other clans had to offer.
That was a big mistake. None of us ever found a clan that we liked as much, so we reformed as R W C recently.
Here's how we operate: We predominantly take level 65+ with non-rushed bases. We start war searches on Wednesday and Saturday. Outside of war we don't care what you do as long as you keep your donations reasonable and are active and friendly. During war, our three co-leaders organize war castle donations, attack assignments and attack order.
All of that is done, of course, with input from our members. We have a group chat on KIK where everyone can make their opinions known. It's more efficient than Clan Mail and the chat on CofC. Joining our KIK group is mandatory in order to war with us.
Our three co-leaders are the only specific ranks we have. Elder is earned by trust over time and also given to members who want to use it to recruit. We don't worry about ranks too much, though, because we respect everyone equally.
