    I think he/she accidentally deployed his/her troops ( more like accidentally touch the screen

    I'm pretty sure the guy was trying to lose on purpose, to lose trophies; allowing him to receive easier opponents, and generally keep more of his loot. This trick has quite some publicity, and yet you being a Town Hall 6 and not knowing this is a little silly.
