I saw a comment on one of OneHive Raid's videos saying how ♥♥♥♥♥ing is impossible on iOS 8.1.3. Credit goes to this user (PK Biggums).

iOS 8.3 is impossible to jailbreak at the moment.

Mods require a jailbroken device.

Clash of clans is to be made to require iOS 8.3, or whatever is the current version that is impossible to jailbreak.

I understand that if Apple releases an update that is able to be jailbroken, this doesn't apply, but if it keeps releasing secure updates, ♥♥♥♥♥ing will be solved on Apple devices, and half the battle will be over.

Looking back at this, I think I have spoken too soon. However, Apple seems to be patching security bugs, and if they continue to do so, CoC can be made to require the latest version which will not be possible to jailbreak at that moment.
