I think that it looks pretty good now. The Damage and the Health isn't too bad and the Special Ability makes it really Unique and different. Also, I see my name up there!

I like the idea, reminds me of the Hades Armor item in Heroes of Order and Chaos.
But, I think you should either greatly nerf the reflection and allow the whole 10 bunch of them reflecting, or slightly increase it and not do that.
Otherwise, it looks good.
Maybe add a bit more damage and health.

The thing about the reflection is true, so I've decreased it to 20/25/30%

I think the DPS/HP fits well with the housing space right now though.
