    Lightbulb Keep troops in camps!

Hey all, I have thought long and hard about this, and even talked to my clan about it, and it seems that everyone wants to have the troops stay in the camps after attacks, if they don't die, This would be very helpful, especially if there are lots of troops left in an attack in war, and we would save so much elixir. Please think about this. I know that there is some rejection, because people think that the high level troops will stay in the camps and never die, but you know what? that's okay. Also there is some debate about whether the dying troops are what makes elixir key lines, people, the supercell staff are so smart, i bet they can come up with a way to get elixir from key lines without dying troops. Anyway guys, please post your thoughts, and as always, clash on!

Imo, part of the game is trying to make a successful attack with the lowest possible cost.

if surviving troops are returned, there is no reason not to deploy everything regardless of cost or training time...

Still, I think it would make the game a lot better

level 5th meet my golm...I'll get him back at the end of the fight anyway

    hope this is clearer

Used to agree with your thoughts

I used to agree with you and thought all troops that did not die should be returned.

But I know agree with some of the others that part of the strategy of the game is using the least amount of troops you can so that your not wasting them. Otherwise you just throw everything in on every attack and cancel attack when ever you desire to save troops.

I understand the other side to it ... but believe it works best the way it is now.

Maybe the troops would stay alive in war...

Of course they could make it so when some one cancels an attack they lose everything that has been placed. There are also enough people playing this game that they could make it so you don't face someone who isn't of "rank". So a level 70 guys can't attack someone who's just started playing. They already do this fairly well. I just think it would put a realistic spin on the game. You go to war there's a chance of coming back and those who are injured you have to spend elixir to heal them back to full health. The cost to heal is proportional to how much the troop cost. So if your dragon was half dead and cost 30000 to create, it would take 15000 to heal.

So you're saying we can't attack lower guys? What about that th5 in champions who's asking for it..

This idea, mildly put, is really bad. Not only for the reason that you could pummel lower guys, but because it would get rid of strategy in the game. You wouldn't need to worry about the costs of troops, or how you can defeat the enemy cheaply, you'd just have to wildly deploy pekkas and dragons. Not to mention that the matchmaking system is fine the way it is, just fix it in higher leagues lol. And don't talk to me about realism in a game where dragons are real and men can shoot fireballs out of their hands
