Attack Strategy for this base!

I am a town hall 8,
I have Level 5 Archer, Barbarian,Baloons,Giant, Bomber
Level 3 Healer
Level 3 Dragon and Level 2 Peeka
Level 3 Hogs and Level 4 Minions.
Level 1 Valk, and Golem
Level 9 Barbarian King
All Spells Level 5

I need help on strategy to 3 star this base in the image below.

I cannot think of any Attack Strategy. I though of GoWiPe from Top. It seems doable but they have wizzards and archers (Maxed) in Clan Castle. so i am a little affraid.
Seems like a totally anti hogs base
Also It seems maximum 2 star on a mass dragon attack or Dragoon.

Please suggest somethin.

Its not an anti hog base at all as there are no inside double giant bomb sets and it has an easy lure.

If you know whats in their cc do you also know the tesla locations?

For hogs lvl3 they can just barely survive a giant bomb. I would guess the teslas are near the center so I would take out the top archer tower with loons. Deal with the cc and hog the base. If the bombs are further in just make darn sure your hogs are fully healed when going over the bomb locations.

Lvl3 hogs are always sketchy to use since 1 bomb comes so close to wiping them out.

Yes, Level 3 hogs almost die with single bomb and few splash damage buildings. I usually fear hog attacks. Do you see a way for GoWiPe ??? Or Ballonion ?

If your clan is able to donate lvl 6 loons then I would go for all drags. Lightning the lonely AD, then use 2 drags on top left and right sides to cut off buildings. Once they are cut off funnel your drags into the center. Once AD's start targeting drags use CC lvl6 loons
