Okay, we've read about a concept troop named the NECROMANCER, but here is my idea on how this troop must function.
NECROMANCER
-AVAILABLE AT TOWNHALL 10.
-THE 7TH TROOP IN THE DARK BARRACKS.
-LEVEL 7 DARK BARRACKS UPGRADABLE AT 4M ELIXIR, DURATION: 11 DAYS.
-NECROMANCER UPGRADABLE UP TO LEVEL 2.
-AT LABORATORY LEVEL 8: 80,000 DARK ELIXIR NEEDED TO UPGRADE TO LEVEL 2. DURATION: 10 DAYS.
-A GROUND UNIT
-A SUPPORT UNIT JUST LIKE THE HEALER
Max resurrects: 7
Max attacks of units: 1
Hitpoints: 630
Training cost: 375 dark elixir
Favorite target: Any
Resurrection type: Area splash
Targets: Ground and air
Housing Space: 18
Training time: 20mins
Movement speed: 24
Resurrection
Favorite target: Depends on unit resurrected
Damage type: Depends on unit resurrected
Hitpoints: none
Dies after: 1 attack
@ LEVEL 2:
Max resurrects: 9 units
Max attacks of units: 3
Hitpoints: 905
Training cost: 425 dark elixir
Basically, this is a ground troop that resurrects the dead. It has an AOE aura, like the size of the AOE of the freeze spell, that resurrects beaten troops that is within this aura. Now, this resurrected troop is still the same as its original function, but resurrected troops are invulnerable. But they will die after they attacked something.
For example: A wizard died. But this wizard is within the radius of the Necromancer's resurrection ability, this wizard will come to life and becomes invulnerable to any attacks/traps. He is like a ghost. But after he attacks something, it will disappear and eventually dies. At level 1 of the Necromancers ability, 1 attack is allowable for resurrected troops before it disappers. 3 attacks are availble at level 2 of the Necro's ability. Take note that it does not matter what the resurrected troop will attack, it will still disappear or be dead after the said attack.
NOTE: A resurrected troop cannot be resurrected again if it dies after 1 attack (lvl1) or 3 attacks (lvl2)
From a level 1 Necromancer:
What will happen if the ressurected troop attacks a wall 1 time? IT WILL DISAPPEAR RIGHT AFTER THE ATTACK.
What will happen if the resurrected troop attacks a building 1 time? IT WILL DISAPPEAR RIGHT AFTER THE ATTACK.
What will happen if the resurrected troop attacks a hero 1 time? IT WILL DISAPPEAR RIGHT AFTER THE ATTACK.
From a level 2 Necromancer:
What will happen if the ressurected troop attacks a wall 3 times? IT WILL DISAPPEAR RIGHT AFTER THE ATTACK.
What will happen if the resurrected troop attacks a bldg. 3 times? IT WILL DISAPPEAR RIGHT AFTER THE ATTACK.
What will happen if the resurrected troop attacks a hero 3 times? IT WILL DISAPPEAR RIGHT AFTER THE ATTACK.
So it does not matter who or what the resurrected troop will attack, after the 1st attack (@ level 1 Necro) or 3rd attack (@ level 2 Necro), it will disappear.
How many to resurrect?
Take note, 7 units at a time can only be resurrected (level1). The Necromancer's resurrection skill is not fast. The aura only bursts once every 5 seconds. More or less like how slow the golem attacks. Only 7 resurrected units available on the map. Or 9 units @ level 2.
WHAT IF's:
-What if you place the Necromancer in the map without an allied troop? IT WILL NOT MOVE, JUST LIKE HOW THE HEALER WILL NOT MOVE IF THERE ARE NO GROUND UNITS.
-What if you place the Necromancer in the map with allied troops, but no one is dead yet? THE NECROMANCER ALWAYS FOLLOWS THE ALLIED TROOPS, IF THERE ARE ANY IN THE MAP, WHEREVER THEY GO. SO IF YOU PUT A TROOP AT THE UPPER MAP, AND YOU PUT THE NECROMANCER IN THE BOTTOM, THE NECROMANCER WILL GO TO THE ALLIED TROOP.
-What will happen if only 1 troop is dead within the aura? THE NECROMANCER WILL RESURRECT THAT 1 TROOP, AND YOU MUST WAIT FOR ANOTHER 5 SECONDS FOR THE AURA TO BURST OUT AGAIN.
-What if 20 troops are within the aura and 20 of them dies, who will the Necromancer resurrects? IT WILL RESURRECT 7 RANDOM TROOPS THAT IS WITHIN THE AURA. NO FAVORITISM HERE.
-What if a troop dies, how long will we wait until the Necromancer resurrects it? WHEN A TROOP DIES, IT BECOMES A GHOST FOR LIKE 3 SECONDS OR LESS, IF THIS GHOST IS WITHIN THE AURA OF THE NECROMANCER, IT CAN BE RESURRECTED. BUT IF THAT GHOST DISAPPERS, IT CANNOT BE RESURRECTED ANYMORE.
-What if a Necromancer dies and another Necromancer revives it, what will happen? WHEN A NECROMANCER DIES, AND IT IS RESURRECTED BY ANOTHER NECROMANCER, IT WILL BE REVIVED. BUT THEN AGAIN, A NECROMANCER CANNOT ATTACK, SO THE RESURRECTED NECROMANCER WILL ONLY STAND WHERE HE IS RESURRECTED. AND WHEN THAT HAPPENS, ONLY 6 (level1) RESURRECTED UNITS CAN BE MADE.
-At level 1, what if a Necromancer resurrects 7 more Necromancers? THE 7 RESURRECTED NECROMANCERS WILL JUST STAND WHERE THEY ARE, AND THE NECROMANCER THAT REVIVES THEM WILL ALSO BE DISFUNCTIONAL. BUT THE ALIVE NECROMANCER WILL STILL FOLLOW ALLIED UNITS BUT CANNOT RESURRECTS ANYMORE.
-What if the Necromancer dies, will the resurrected units also dies? THE RESURRECTED UNITS WILL NOT DIE WHEN THE NECROMANCER DIES. JUST LIKE WHEN THE WITCH IS KILLED, IT'S SKELETON ISN'T AUTOMATICALLY BE KILLED RIGHT AFTER.

APPEARANCE:
Im not quite an artist, but I imagine the Necromancer as a hooded man with a scepter. Just like the witch. Its color is just like the color of a level 6 minion. And at level 2, he becomes black. Its aura is the same as the radius of a freeze spell, but it has a height that can reach flying units. Just like a cylinder. Its aura is like a dark violet one, just like the aura of a Barbarian King. Resurrected troops becomes transparent, but not totally transparent, and they becomes dark. Dark transprent.
BACKGROUND:
The Necromancer really wanted to be a Wizard, but he cannot do this. So he turns to the dark side and becomes a Necromancer. Harnessing his powers that he learned while practicing to become a wizard to resurrect dead ones. He fell inlove with someone in the dark side. He has a special love interest for the Witch. Together, they make powerful armies to destroy villages, FOR FUN.
Any suggestions? Improvements? Flaws? What are your thoughts?
EDIT:
I forgot to put the Witch in the resurrected troops field.
RESURRECTED TROOPS:
Witch -1 available attack at level 1 Necromancer -3 available attacks at level 2 Necromancer -Will disappear after the said attack -Invulnerable -Cannot trigger traps -Cannot walk through walls -Cannot lure troops, heroes -Cannot be affected by spells -Same movement speed -Same attack speed -Attacks respective favorite targets
-Cannot summon skeletons

What if there are 4 level2 Necromancers, does that total to 36 allowable resurrected units? NOPE, STILL 9 AVAILABLE ON THE MAP.
What if you have a level2 Necromancer, and a level1 in the clan castle? IF THIS HAPPENS, A TOTAL OF 9 UNITS CAN BE RESURRECTED AT A TIME.
DEFENSE-WISE:
A Necromancer in the clan castle, will revive its fellow troops in the clan castle. If there are no troops excepts the Necromancers, it will not come out of the castle. Just like when a balloon don't comes out when there are no ground units to attack.
- What makes this unit/spell unique compared to the other units/spells in the game This unit is one of a kind, it gives beaten troops a last HOORAH before they totally dies. With its support function, troops will have a higher chance of destroying buildings. Compared to other troops, this is the only troops that doesn't attack and is made only to support.
- What kind of strategies this new unit would enable (concrete examples are best)
Necromancers can be put behind mass troops. I thought of this idea, simply because some of the troops dies very early because of Giant Bombs and Seeking Air Mines. They didn't have any chance of attacking any building. These Necromancers can play a vital role also in Clan Wars. Those who always got 99% or 49% might be able to finally achieve war stars when this troop is used properly.
- What kind of army composition includes this unit or, how it could combine with other units for more advanced strategies
GoWiWiPeNec (golem witch wizards pekka necromancers) can be a thing now. Necromancers can revive fallen PEKKAs to deal massive damage. Also can revive wizards that dies early during the attack. Necromancers can be placed at the back of a tank, and beside the wizards. Another good attack strategy is mass draagons. Imagine having a revived dragons that lasts for 3 attacks. It can be deadly.
- How someone could redo their base to protect against attacks from this unit
Players may put their defenses around walls, so that a resurrected unit, will have a higher chance of hitting a wall, instead of a building. Builders hut can also be positioned close to each other, but not as close as a splash damage. So that dragons will spend their attacks on builder huts. Also, traps will play an important role if placed on the outer part of the base, because the earlier the troops will die, the better. Also the proper placing of skeleton traps can make the resurrected units attack the skeletons.
i myself love this idea but supercell might not. you see: you could revive pekkas, witches, golems well any troop. shouldn't there be a increase in how many space the troop can take up
Look, if you observe in the game, when a troop gets killed, it becomes a ghost. After like 3 seconds, this ghost will disappear. The Necromancer can only revive the troop in ghost form. So it means that timing is everything, and that the Necromancer must be beside the troop when it dies, so that he can resurrect him/her in his/her ghost form. Imagine a PEKKA, a PEKKA is very strong. It has a longer life compared to the Necromancer. The Necromancer is probably be dead before the PEKKA becomes in its ghost form. So in order to revive the PEKKA, the Necromancer must be beside it, and the Necromancer must not die. Another example are dragons, you use mass dragons in a war. And you put a Necromancer beside them, the Necromancer will revive any fallen dragon in the map. But take note that the dragons are flying units. Meaning they don't have to attack walls. Necromancers cannot revive dragons if Necromancers cannot get beside them, and Necromancers cannot get beside them if walls are preventing them to. Remember that Necromancers cannot attack, so how will they destroy walls? You have to use the CC troops or heroes to destroy walls, but will they cooperate? This troop is also tricky, you don't just sit there and watch him revive everyone.
