More authority to Elders/Co-Leaders

I think Elders/Co-Leaders need a little bit more authority, maybe a private chat between them to determine which members get to opt in wars and so forth

Or maybe (and I'm hoping here) they could have the ability to prevent donations from or to a member for a certain of time, say that member has been donating bad troops or troops that weren't requested, and after a long wait to be able to request again he/she keeps repeating the same bad donations !, it's really frustrating and I don't believe that kicking that member out of the clan is the best solution
