Problem is, joining/creating a clan full of people who feel the same way is very difficult. I have been in clans where the leaders are proactive yet members come and go as they please.

A lot of people look at clash of clans as just a game but a lot of ppl made jobs from it (YouTubers,SC staff ect.) but truth is, you're role in a clan can be like a job. Like the leader is the owner of a franchise or company (clan) and the co leaders can ack like managers or something like that. Elders are like assistant managers or head of a certain position and members are like newbies not yet promoted. If you have an alliance you can think of it of multiple locations of the buisness with an owner (leader) running it. Clans that offer free co leader or free elders are like those people who give our free manager positions. If a clan has a lot of co leaders and none of them actually help n any way to make the clan better, it could destroy the clan, much as a manager or someone in a bigger role in a business can affect the buisness. A farming clan can be like a training session people must attend if they look like they have potential but don't meet all requirements/criteria. I don't know if this would make sense to you or if you don't care at all but I just found it interesting

This is the exact reason I made a clan with me and my second Acc. Attack whenever you wish, play on your own schedule - never war ^^.

THANK YOU. I thought I was the only one who thought of this and it kinda freaked me out
My clan has changed leaders for a few times but it's always for the better. When the leader became more inactive he/she voluntarily give the title to another co leader. I really do learn things and characters of people through this game. Some people are overly sensitive, sometimes there are parasites, the ignorant one, the one who think too high of him/herself, etc.. They somehow remind me of the people in the office when I had my internship :eek:
