    witch towers

Me and a clan mate were talking and we came up with the idea of witch towers, if you've played StarCraft 2 there's a unit called the swarm host that spawns units for a limited time and durning that time they can attack, and after that times up they die then the swarm host makes more, it would be cool if there was a witch tower that did kinda the same thing with skeletons.

    Pretty cool

But it may be too powerful especially since it would be unlocked at s high level and th10s don't ever seem to b able to 3 star in war they just2 star

No a skeleton trap to a witch tower is like a seeking air mine to an air defense.

I think this would be a pretty cool defense.

The witch tower may be a little overpowered. Units such as giants and golems don't attack CC troops, or skeleton traps. So the witch tower would be a easy way to defeat those kind of troops.

Also, you should come up with some statistics (Damage per second, hitpoints) so we can see how powerful the defense is.

Yesterday was history, tomorrow is mystery, today is a gift, and that's why we call it the present.

Witch Tower. Not a bad idea, or is it...

I think Witch towers are a neat idea. IMHO i think the skeleton traps already do a great job if positioned correctly. A witch trap would probably unbalance the game a bit too much. I personally am not rushing bases and am now sitting with a mid TH9. I'm already encountering a large number of rushed TH10 where I struggle to gather resource from.

It may be feasible to put a witch tower into TH10 or TH11 if its ever created. If this happens peoples maps will be pretty full so I'm not sure how this would work without expanding the area to build.

I think if witch towers were introduced there would need to be a re balancing of either increasing the amount of loot that can be gained from a lower LV TH attacking or introducing another offensive unit or another camp to give a fair crack at the bases.

Could be implemented as it wouldnt really include an air raid as witches are weak and skeletons cant fly. And all they would have to do is add some more lvl to the witch troop as to counter her defence with offence. But just making it more impossible to farm a th10.. Even th9 which i imagine they would unlock. So we go back to picking on the little guys or air raids.
