I will be talking about what it takes to be in our clan, our accomplishments, our staff, promotion opportunities, growth of the clan and future goals, as well as I want to let you know a little about myself and my history in Clash of Clans! Read further in the thread to see why joining the family is the best decision you will ever make on Clash of Clans!

Here is a little bio about myself!
My name IGN is JSlays, but you can call me JP! I am a 17 year old avid gamer that loves the game of Clash of Clans. I have been clashing since the end of 2013, I was around a max th8 when I had to restart due to my phone being stolen or misplaced. As of now, I am a brand new TH10 that is around level 11! In my eyes, I have done a lot in the clash realm! I was a TH9 Champion with only level 13 combined heroes, my gold grab is in the 600M range and my friend in need is over 65,000! As of now, I have max GoWiPe and Lava Hounds, as well as witches and Loons. I have no problem filling clan castles in war, or regular CCs. I've always preferred to lead my own clans, because I know how to run a clan, keep it organized and tight knit. I previously led a top 200 clan for a few months but ended turning over leadership due to life. But now I am back at it, and want a very serious and competitive war clan! That's enough about me, lets get to the clan!

About The Clan!

The Departed clan was founded early February, by myself and my #1 Co Leader, LitnRod. We have been in clans together since day 1, and we decided together that we wanted a good war clan! We got right to it, learning the match making, and the strategies that give you the best chance of winning wars. We started by having us two, and a bunch of low levels, we really learned quick about clan wars and how to put yourself in the best position possible to win wars. As we have become more and more successful, we began to recruit some higher levels and pick up some good friends and bring them into the clan. So far, we have been successful at all levels. As of the time I am making this post we are 19-4 with a few ties. We are a high level 3 clan, with over half the XP to be Level 4. As of now, we are sitting around the 20-25 member range, but we are ready to slowly expand! We are looking for members that will fit right into the clan, we are currently a 16+ group. We are a mainly US clan, but welcome all nationalities if you can work around the time barriers.

  • Some of the things I will be looking for when I am deciding to accept you or not may include:


  • War Stars!
  • Troop Level (Th8 L3 Drags, TH9 L3 pekkas and atleast L3 Golem, Th10 Lavas, Loons, Pekkas, Golems)
  • Friend in Need Achievement
  • Rushed bases are a no go here.
  • Hero Level!

Upon Arrival I want to get to know you! This isn't a clan that people don't have fun. ITS A DAMN VIDEO GAME! Lets have a good time and dominate some wars. I love to get to know everyone, I have no problem giving people my number, personal twitter or Kik! I enjoy getting know my clan mates!

When looking for who I want to help run my clan, I look at a lot of the basic things like donations and activity, but I also look for people who are good in war or always helpful in clan chat. There are always opportunities for promotions and I want people that if I had to take a week off, I could give them leader and not even if the clan is being ran smoothly.

Future of the Clan?

Later on, I want a clan that eventually will be doing 50 man clan wars, that are high level. I want a clan that we can hit a trophy push and compete in the top 200. That's something I want, a versatile clan. I want to grow this clan over social media and YouTube. I have been debating if I want to start a clan YouTube! I think it would be a great way to get our name out there. I just want, and know that we will have a clan that people envy to be in. I love what Lost Phoenix is doing, they're taking over the game. They have dozens of clans. That WILL BE OUR FUTURE!
