I have no idea if this is something that has been suggested before. But one thing I struggle with, even on the iPad, is when your attack strategy has enough troops and spells where you need to pull the troop board across to get to your spells or heros.
My idea: once a troop group is used, it will be removed from the troop bar. Shortening the options as you continue to attack. You drop your pekkas, and your jump and freeze spells are now in the screen without having to scroll the troop bar back and forth.
There are times I won't bring a few barbs or a couple minions like I'd want to, simply because I don't want to crowd the bar and accidentally select the wrong troop/spell.
I think it could really optimize attacking and clean up multiple troop attacks. Or maybe I'm completely off. Thoughts?

I love this! When I place all the troops and am waiting to place spells I have to scroll around to get to spells then activate my heros abilities and sometimes miss spell placing and activating abilities. This will definetely fix it
