    ​-There are 3 types of troops in the game Melee , Ranged, and Air. We already have a Melee Hero (The Barbarian King) and a Ranged Hero (The Archer Queen) so why would we need another Melee or Ranged Hero?
    -It would just be a worse version of the Barbarian King or The Archer Queen that would be really bad in high level game play and no one would really use it. Players would just throw it down with the rest of their army so that they could have a bit more DPS in there main attack, and that's only if they are using a ground attack.
    -In Air attacks people will treat it as an extra troop that they would either throw down at the end with there other Heroes for percentage, or they would throw it down at the beginning of the raid with there other Heroes to take out an Air Defense. Both of which the Barbarian King and the Archer Queen can already handle.
    -An alternative to a Goblin Hero is a Minion Hero

    • Minion Warlord

    -The New Hero should be the Minion Warlord because right now there are 3 types of troops Melee, Ranged, and Air; so far we have a Melee Hero (The Barbarian King) and a Ranged Hero (The Archer Queen) so it would only make sense that there should be an Air Hero.
    -Why a Minion? It Should be a Minion because a Healer Hero would be useless, a Dragon Hero would be OP because it would summon Dragons on its ability, a Balloon hero wouldn't make sense because Balloons target defenses and Heroes don't, a Lava Hound hero wouldn't make sense because Lava Hounds target Air Defenses and Heroes target anything, and the Minion is a troop that takes up very few spaces like a Barbarian or an Archer and could spawn troops on activation of his ability that wouldn't be OP.
    -At level one he would have 800 Hit points, deal 150 DPS, have a movement speed of 32, and his Regeneration Time would be 30 Minutes. At his ability level 1 it would last 10 seconds, give him a speed increase of 10, a damage increase of 50, a Health Recovery of 150, and he would summon 5 Minions.
    -This Hero could be used to pick of extra percentage, take out buildings when deployed behind Balloons, and take out enemy Clan Castle troops or enemy Heroes.
    -The Minion Warlords alter would look like a stone spire (kind of like a Wizard Tower) and he would cost 80,000 Dark Elixir to buy.

    I like this idea.

    I also like this post.

    You included evidence in this post by providing why there shouldn't be any other air unit king/queen or a melee/ranged.

    You title was misleading. But I read it anyways because I have indeed gotten tired of all the Goblin King (and recently Goblin Lord same thing) threads. I was surprised to find that there was actually a very good suggestion underneath it all. I am aware of SCs hesitation to add another hero and their statement that if they do it won't be based on an existing character. But I did like this suggestion and also give kudos for the thought that went into it.

    The idea of having a minion hero is a good one, and there is solid reasoning beneath it. Perhaps if th11 comes out it could be unlocked then?
