your village (Musa) can only be attached using 1 service account at any given time, either a game center account (apple) or a google plus account (android), a village can't be saved on 2 different accounts. I use an iOS and an Android device. Though I make all my purchases on iOS, hence Apple refunding me.

I've had this happen to me as well. Not that i lost gems, but someone else logging into my account. posted it on the forum like you are now, of course people accused me of giving out my ID, why would you give out your ID etc..
No one really understands that the game has flaw, they assume its your fault.
I asked for a "logout of all other devices" button, still waiting

Yep. I'm waiting for that too. The SC support is terrible. NOTHING has been done to help me so far from SCs side.

What did they do to you, did they rush your townhall?About a week ago I had noticed someone was logging on to my village. The "someone is trying to connect" pop up kept coming up. Whenever I woke up, I would notice some buildings were moved around. I messaged SC support in-game and they told me to give them some information to confirm my ownership. I did. They finished it off with a "There's nothing we can do." BULL. Here is my base how I found it when I woke up.
Keep in mind I DID change all my passwords. NO one has my GC or G+ account info.

Had the same thing happen. They never help man they're getting paid to ♥♥♥♥ us off it seems!
No but they did cancel my BK upgrade (40k de wasted), upgrade my queen then cancelled her (another 40k), then spent 3000 gems. And of course, the worst of all, they still have access to my account which SC does not seem to care about.

The way the game is setup is a little concerning. What I've read in the past is that once a device has access to an account, that device will always have access to the account until it's factory reset or something similar. So if you've sold or given away an old device that might be the cause of the problem even if you think you've disconnected it from your accounts.
Alternatively noob trolls are out there ♥♥♥♥ing itunes accounts for stupid pleasure of seeing what sort of damage they can wreak.
At the end of the day, this game is a phone game, and wasn't ever designed to be a significant digital asset. For many people, unfortunately, by now it's one of the most precious things they own.
