My TH8 War Base.

Mass dragons will certainly not touch this base. If what you were aiming for is anti-dragon, thats part of it. You are extremely weak to dragons and balloons, if balloons touch that inside with a rage, you are done for. Vs the spam drag attackers, you will defend, but as your clan gets better and has more difficult matchmaking you will not be defending as much.

Well I suggest to look for some of the designs out there, all those wasted walls hurt and I find it easy to 3 star with a mass dragon attack from the bottom right side.

I'm thinking the same thing, all those walls wasted on nothing.
You can better look for another base because you can get better.

I actually have a fellow clan member who's using a base he made with the same general concept (very spread/big center with AD's), and though it may not look pretty, it does work against inexperienced attackers. However any decent ground attacker or even an experienced dragon attacker would be able to 3 star this by either funneling the dragons or using some balloons to wipe out the center.

Bottom line is, it's a very one dimensional base in my opinion, where as for a war base you want to be able to defend against several types of attacks, however it can work sometimes as attackers may get stuck circling the base. If it's working for you, stick with it, but once you get to mid-late TH8 you'll be getting 3 starred by more experienced attackers for sure with this layout.

Wasted walls?

Walls serve no purpose on air attacks anyway. The purpose of setting them out there is for drags to take longer to fly around, avoiding the third star.

Just had a guy try to GoWiPe me with level 2 pekkas. Got one star, 68%. The pekkas seem to walk around the inner ring.

This is my second account, my other is a lvl 116. I only use this for war and not really that big into this account. So i decided to make a war base. It looks like poop, but for some odd reason, it has been holding up quite well for me.

I'm number 7 in the war. I have gotten GoWiPe'd by number 4,5 and 6. 1 star, 2 stars, 1 star. All less than 65%

Looks hard to drag, number 1 stratrgy for th 8...I'm an expert....

No offense, but with such centralized air defenses, easy path for maxed loons in cc to move in from the left, after dragons are released in a way that would funnel them in through that entry point...quite easy to dragon imho...
