    Thumbs Up Future Idea for COC

    Hi everyone,

    First post for me! I thought I would share an idea for Clash of Clans. I know people are getting tired and leaving COC for other games. It is hard to keep a game like this active after a certain level. Here is my creative idea:

    A day/night gameplay. At night, the torches will light up its ranged area on the map. We already have a max of 4 of these, so the code is already in place for that. During nighttime gameplay, defenses not covered by torch light will have a delayed reaction compared to daylight hours. This will provide a better visual and strategic aspect to the game which would be amazing.

    Well I know plenty of people that are bored and have already left the game. I do enjoy it, however, it does get old really quick. The only reason it is popular is because of the amount of new players. It seems the older players leave after a certain time. I understand the business model, but I would like to see changes to keep us interested.

    they release updates every few months......does that count as a change?....we just got DOUBLE clan XP for a week....that's a change.

    anyone who leaves coc and says its boring...hasn't hit th7 yet... that's for sure.

    I would say that is considered a bonus, not really a game changer.

    I like the Night/Day suggestion feature but the only thing I hate about your suggestion is... The defenses getting a delayed rate of fire. Example: Cannons fire one shot every 1 or 2 seconds. If it had to delay (due to nighttime), it would be one shot every 2 or 4 seconds.

    To make the suggestion look more nicer and agreeable...
    All buildings will glow light around it (but for a small range; also dimmer than the torches).

    ...in my base layout, I put torches close to my builders' huts because: Builder's Huts do not glow light (unless the Builder is inside)...

    dude....that's a huge game changer.........we are doubling our speed through the clan lvls........HUGE game changer!!!!!!!!

    I see your point! I didn't think of that. so reduce the ranges! Nice post!
