I would heavily assume that someone out there has already come up with this suggestion but I think it could be neat if every clan member gets 2 flags that they can plant on an enemy base on the war map at any point either during preparation day or war day. You can use this flag to mark who you're planning to attack next, meaning that there can only be one flag from each person on the map at a time. The flag doesn't prevent anyone else from your clan from attacking (optional flag feature, up to supercell if they decide to implement flags at all) but it is a visual so you don't upset anyone if you attack someone they prepared a specific troop army for a type of base (air army, ground army). Let me know what you guys think!

There is a website called clashcaller which allows you to call out who you are going to attack and also add notes on how to go about the attack. My clan uses it all the time and helps keep things organized.
