One more military rank

I think it's very importante to create another Military Rank.. Because is natural members wish to clime in the chaine command.. one between Elder and Co-lider, that can send messages to the clan and edit clan settings. This rank could not initiate war!

Sorry I really don't think this is needed and why would they have power to alter something either a Leader or CO has set up - if there were additional features to clan management then their maybe scope for another level - but frankly I don't think this is necessary now.

"Military" is too modern. Use how the game does it. "Clan". Clan ranks, not Military ranks.

Also, it's not really needed to have another rank yet.
