It would be hilarious to see a level 40 hero pop out of a low level TH but, yes, way too overpowered to be a practical idea.

Also, I bet it could be gamed by people to give their mini accounts outrageous strength including in war.

Yea... an all th8 war clan going against all th8's, and they have one guy with lvl 40 heros sitting out war donating to th8's lvl 40 queen to attack another th8...
Overpowered.

Read this:
Heroes can only be summoned ONCE.

Meaning:
If you donate your Hero, you cannot summon another one anymore.

Extra:
Donate your Hero to a clanmate who already has the hero of the same kind (2 BK's), enemies will be overpowered. Enemies take revenge, that clanmate's also overpowered.
